3rd Annual VDubs Under The Stars 2027

The 3rd annual VDubs Under The Stars is a family friendly camp out among the stars and oak trees, held Friday March 5th through Sunday March 7th, 2027.

It is not a VW show but a time to get together, enjoy each other's company and relax.

The event page describes it as a Volkswagen camping experience focused on camping with like minded people, and it is not a judged car show.

Open to air or water cooled VWs, including VW buses, Vanagons, beetles and any other VW.

Tent camping is welcome too.

Gates open at 1pm on Friday and checkout is 1pm on Sunday.

To stay Sunday night and leave on Monday, reach out to the organizer.

That stay has a separate $20 cash cost to the event.

Registration opens mid October.

The cost is $35 per person for the entire weekend.

Preregister through a post in the event discussion to a Google sheet and pay to confirm your spot.

If spots are still available, the cost is $40 cash per person at the gate.

Shirt costs are to be determined and shirts will be sold at the event on Saturday.

Raffles include a 50/50 raffle, a best camp site award and a furthest travelled award.

Camping is primitive only, with no power or water hookups.

There are 2 buildings on site with bathrooms and showers, and a dumpster for trash.

Dogs are welcome if leashed and picked up after.

Individual campfires are allowed but must be occupied at all times and put out when walking away.

Bicycles and e-bikes are welcome.

Small inverter generators are allowed as long as they are quiet.

Gas powered mini bikes and golf carts are not allowed.

All proceeds go to the Southeast Volusia humane society.

Hosted by Oil Slickers Society International (OSSi).
