Javelin Trackdays' Castle Combe event runs on the Full (1.85 miles) layout in an Open Pit Lane format.

Only 12 cars are allowed per day, rather than the double limit used at some other events, so drivers get quality time on track without a queue.

Timetable (all times approximate and subject to change): 07:30 check-in opens, 09:00 sighting laps, 09:20 open pit lane, 12:30 lunch, 13:30 open pit lane, 17:00 trackdays end.

Events in winter months finish at dusk.

Drivers must be able to produce a full DVLA driving licence, international equivalent or MSUK/FIA competition licence for the class of vehicle used.

Noise limit is 100dBA static, overtaking is on the right-hand side on straights only, and electric vehicles are permitted.

Up to 2 additional drivers can be added per vehicle, and additional drivers can also be added on the day (cash only).

Passengers can be added on the day for £10 each, arranged at the venue only.

Passengers must be 16 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent to sign for them on the day.

Arms and legs must be covered inside the vehicle.

Helmet hire is £10 on the day, first come first served, with a cotton helmet liner provided and a driving licence held as a security deposit until the helmet is returned.

Instruction slots of 20 minutes cost £25 each, with an instructor sitting alongside in the passenger seat to give tips and advice.

Driver entry: £199
