Club Night & 'Crash Box Has Talent' 2026

This is the December Club Night of Crash Box and Classic Car Club.

Note the change of usual day and date: it is on Tuesday 15th December 2026, starting at 7pm at the Jack in the Green Inn, London Road, Rockbeare, Exeter, EX5 2EE.

The event is listed as members only, and new members or first-time attenders are invited to join.

This year's December Club Night entertainment is CRASH BOX HAS TALENT.

Members who can sing, tell a joke, play an instrument or perform any other kind of entertainment are asked to contact Caroline or Roger Ugalde.

Each skit should take no more than 5 minutes, as space at the Jack in the Green is limited.

Informal rehearsals will be held closer to the time.

The club's sound guru, Clive Sweet, can arrange backing tracks, microphones, piped laughter and applause if necessary.

The club has a dedicated area for Crash Box members.

Enter through the main entrance and carry on around the bar to the comfortable area of sofas and chairs and the large meeting room.

Anyone wanting to eat can use any table, but as this is a restaurant, please book a table so the kitchen knows how many to cater for.

The car park is large, so please make sure access to the farthest rows is maintained.

New members and first-time attenders are welcome.

Look out for the new member 'meet and greet' representative, or find a committee member, who will be wearing a name tag and/or distinctive clothing.
