First Thursday at COBB Tuning

Our advertiser, COBB Tuning, holds an event each first Thursday of the month at their headquarters in Austin.

Suite 500, Austin, 78758.

COBB sells the Accessport, which remaps a car's ECU to gain horsepower and torque.

They also manufacture and sell aftermarket performance products, including air induction, exhaust and cooling parts.

COBB got its start with Subarus and has since branched out to Fords, VW, Audis, Porsches and a few others.

This is a non-PCA HCR event, and various other car manufacturers will be represented there as well.

A typical First Thursday itinerary could look like this: a brief tech talk about the AP and how it works, an explanation of possible power gains and flexibility, and maybe a dyno run or example.

Food and drinks are provided.

Hosted by Kent Ketterman.
