i98FM Illawarra Convoy 2026

The i98FM Illawarra Convoy runs on Sunday 15th November 2026.

Lead bikes leave Appin GM3 (Westcliff colliery) at 8:15am, followed by all other bikes at 8:30am.

Kids and families buses leave Appin at approximately 8:35am, with lead trucks following the buses from Appin.

Non-lead trucks join the convoy at Maddens Plains after the lead trucks and follow them down Mount Ousley, turning left onto Masters Rd, then right onto Five Islands Road past Bluescope, then through Cringila, Warrawong, Windang and Warilla.

The convoy turns right onto Shellharbour Rd near Maccas and continues to the Oak Flats interchange, where it turns right onto the Princes Highway.

The convoy finishes at Shellharbour Regional Airport for the family fun day.

Bikes should finish around 9:15 to 9:30am, with kids and families buses following shortly after and the trucks after them.

These are guides only, as times may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.

The route is about 80km long, so you can pack a picnic and pick a spot along the way.

The trucks and motorbikes enjoy seeing roadside community support.

Suggested vantage points include the overpasses on the F6 to Masters Rd, the top of Mt Ousley, Bulli Tops, Masters Rd in Coniston, King St in Warrawong, Windang Rd in Windang, and Shellharbour Rd and Lake Entrance Rd in Shellharbour.

Princes Highway at Albion Park Rail, between Bunnings and Wollybutt Rd, has plenty of trees and shade.

Registration is $50, which includes a free Convoy t-shirt.

Registration opens from the first week of October at the Convoy Shop in Albion Park Rail or online.

For safety, please stay off the roads and do not high five motorbikes or trucks.

Follow all Police and traffic controller instructions, take care when crossing the road as trucks and bikes roll in, and watch your kids.

Due to dry weather, be wary of fire hazards and dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully.
