SOVREN Annual General Meeting, Awards and Party 2027

The SOVREN Annual General Meeting, Awards and Party is held on Saturday, January 9, 2027 at LeMay-America's Car Museum, 2702 East D Street, Tacoma, WA 98421.

Social time starts at 5:30 pm and dinner at 6:15 pm.

The buffet includes chef-carved baron of beef with red wine au jus and horseradish sauce, baked salmon with a light cream sauce, sauteed green beans, spinach and Caesar salads, assorted rustic breads, fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, and a dessert buffet, with coffee, water and punch.

This is a very casual event with no suits, ties or cocktail dresses needed.

The evening includes the annual and group awards and a party celebrating 40 years of racing.

It is an opportunity to get together with vintage enthusiasts, drivers and the volunteers who make racing in the Northwest possible.

The price is $60 per person, the same as last year.

Each ticket includes a complimentary drink ticket at the bar, and additional beverages can be bought by credit card.

The SOVREN AGM ticket gives all-day access to the museum and parking on January 9, but you must tell museum staff that you are with SOVREN.

The museum is open from 10am to 5pm.

Online registration closes January 3 at midnight.

A paper registration form must be postmarked by 12-24-2026.
