The Mountaineers November Trip 2026

The November Trip is a convoy run by the Larimer County 4 Wheel Drive Club

The Mountaineers. The convoy rolls out from the King Sooper’s parking lot at 1842 North College Avenue in Fort Collins, Northwest corner, at 9:00 AM. The rides run in 1 flight, and the first flight departs at 9:00 AM. The trip is rated 1/5 (easy). Guests are welcome. To join, use the "Get your spot" option on the club's event listing. The club travels primarily on designated roads and established trails that are inaccessible to conventional passenger vehicles, and it promotes Tread Lightly! principles and responsible land use. The Mountaineers hold at least one trip every month with experienced trail leaders, and more in summer and fall. Beginners are welcome, and the club offers guidance and instruction from experienced drivers. The club is a family-oriented organization founded in 1965 and is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
