Toys for Tots - Teddy Bear Rally 2026

The 37th Annual Teddy Bear Toys for Tots Charity RoadRally, organized by the SCCA Northern New Jersey Region (RoadRally).

For the past 36 years Subaru has sponsored the NNJR-SCCA and Motorsport Club of North Jersey's annual charity road rally.

The event is open to the general public and requires only a car or light truck with a working odometer and a pen.

The entry fee per car is a brand new, unwrapped Teddy Bear or toy worth at least $35.00 retail, donated to the USMC Reserve Toys for Tots.

In-person sign-in starts at 10:30 AM, the drivers meeting is at 11:30 AM, and the first car goes out at 12:00 PM (noon).

The course is 60 miles, follows the Gimmick (GTA) Rally, and uses all paved roads.

No math or special timing equipment is needed.

Each leg is scored at 100 points for every mile you vary from the official route.

Each car needs at least two participants, a driver and navigator.

Passengers are allowed within what can safely be carried, and they must sign an event waiver and register.

A valid driver license and proof of current liability insurance are required.

The vehicle must meet basic safety standards: lights, brakes, windshield wipers and horn must work.

Each minor (under 18) needs a digital SCCA Minor Waiver.

Classes are Experienced, Intermediate and Novice, with 1st and 2nd awards in each.

Beginners are eligible for Novice awards.

Special awards include Best First Time, Best Subaru, Best SCCA, Best PCA, Best Family, Best Husband & Wife/Partner and Dead Last But Finished.

Bring paper, a pencil or pen, and a clipboard if you have one.

The rally is run under Motorsport Club of North Jersey General Instructions, supplemented by the event's Special Instructions (Photo Clues).

Hosted by SCCA – Northern New Jersey Region.
