Canadian Tire Magic of Lights 2026

Edmonton's holiday drive-thru light show takes over RAD Torque Raceway.

The route is 2.7 kilometres long with more than 2 million LED lights and animated displays, including Twas The Night Before Christmas, Santa's Mountain, Winter Wonderland, 12 Days of Christmas, Toyland, Festive Elves and Reindeer Road, plus Alberta's longest light tunnel at 425 feet.

Larger attractions include Mattel's animated Waving Christmas Barbie, Prehistoric Christmas with life-sized dinosaurs, the BIGFOOT monster truck, a back-flipping Santa and four more 200-foot light tunnels.

Hours are 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sunday to Thursday and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday, nightly from November 19, 2026 to January 2, 2027.

Opening Night is November 19.

On November 28 (STARS Night) a portion of proceeds from every vehicle supports STARS.

Car Flex Pass: one ticket covers everyone in a car (up to 8 people), with no date or time to book.

It can be used on any day of the 2026 season up to January 2nd.

Car Dash Pass: for a few dollars more per vehicle, skip the line through the Dash Pass lane.

Limo Dash Pass covers 9-16 passengers and Bus Dash Pass covers 17+ passengers; limos and buses are not provided by the facility.

Season Pass gives unlimited visits for the 2026 season, one per vehicle, not transferable, and it must be the same vehicle all season.

An additional $5 surcharge applies to passes bought at gate sales.

All ticket sales are final, with no refunds, credits or exchanges.

In case of cancellation or postponement, updates will be shared via official RAD Torque Raceway channels.

Flashing lights and rapidly changing patterns may affect photosensitive viewers.

Some daylight may remain early in the evening, and the display becomes more vibrant as darkness sets in.
