Turn2 Motorsports events are designed to promote an atmosphere of having fun with our friends in a safe and predictable way.

This is a high-speed driving event, not a racing event.

Events run in three run groups.

The A group is for seasoned track veterans, qualified racers, and instructors, and every A driver must be personally signed off by Tom or Chris.

The B group is for drivers with a moderate amount of track time who are not yet ready for the A group.

The C group is for drivers recently signed off solo by an instructor from Turn2 or similar venue; new track drivers need a dedicated instructor to run in the C group.

Instructors are available for all skill levels and are at times mandatory.

Drivers from 14 to 114 are accepted.

Passengers as young as 14 may ride with a qualified driver.

A program to start students driving on track at 14 is available; contact Tom or Matt for details.

All events are fully staffed with turn workers, a tow truck for quick removal of a disabled vehicle, and local EMTs.

Rules are strict but reasonable.

Anyone may buy food from the Ridge Cafe during the lunch break.

Each entrant must have their own driver profile at Motorsportreg.com and keep personal info, emergency contact and all vehicle information up to date.

Drivers should complete a thorough tech inspection before the event, and there is a self tech at check-in.

Rollover protection is required for convertibles without stock protection from the manufacturer.

Helmets must be 2020 Snell rated or newer, which can be checked under the helmet's inner liner; helmets can be rented on request.

Minimum driving age is 14.

Payment is by check, cash or Venmo; credit cards are no longer accepted.

A confirmation letter is emailed about three weeks before the event after registration is manually reviewed.

Track day insurance is available from Lockton Insurance, Hagerty, On Track Insurance and others on a per-day basis.
